As soon as you have placed the order, the order is binding.
By sending an order you confirm that you are of legal age or that you have the consent of your legal representative. You confirm that you do not violate any law of your country and that you will not pass on the material to minors or to anyone else who might feel disturbed by it.
We only deliver FSK 18 titles against credit card or upon presentation of an ID card by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as the account has been activated, further orders of FSK 18 can also be made against invoice.
Approximate delivery times are given for most products. These are usually valid, but are not binding.
Items available from stock will usually be delivered the next day. For items not available from stock, the speed of delivery depends primarily on the supply chain, which is far beyond our control. Certain articles are sometimes very difficult to obtain because goods are not available in unlimited quantities. However, we always strive to find ordered items as quickly as possible. No claims for damages can be made for delay or non-delivery.
1 year from date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. For technical articles the attached warranty conditions apply. The transport costs incurred shall be borne by the purchaser. Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. due to improper handling. We only deliver brand-new products in original brand quality and original packaging.
For deliveries in Switzerland the legal value added tax is already included. All prices and additional costs are calculated according to the price list valid at the time of delivery at www.soundmedia.ch.
Price adjustments, mistake and errors are expressly reserved.
Vouchers are not discountable on game consoles. The coupon cannot be redeemed on orders already placed and is only valid in the Soundmedia.ch online shop during the period of validity. Cannot be cumulated with other promotions or discounts. No cash payment, no resale.
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post. We generally deliver postage free.
Payment can be made by credit card, or by invoice.
Up to a goods value of CHF 175, we deliver against invoice.
From CHF 175 we only deliver against credit card payment.
In the case of purchase on account, the amount invoiced must be paid within 10 working days of the invoice date to the account specified on the invoice. Invoices are sent directly with the delivery. In the event of late payment, reminder fees of CHF 10.00 per reminder level will be charged and a delivery stop will be imposed. If the payment deadline or a payment agreement is not met, we reserve the right to pass on the collection process to a collection agency.
The purchase on account requires a positive credit check. In rare cases, delivery by invoice may be refused.
In the case of consumers, we reserve the right of ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve the right of ownership of the object of sale until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
You are only entitled to a right of set-off if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or acknowledged by us. Furthermore, you only have a right of retention if and insofar as your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
If the customer is in arrears with any payment obligations to us, all existing claims shall become due immediately.
For orders that do not reach the total amount of CHF 15 (minimum order value), we have to charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 2.50. This is necessary due to the high fixed costs (postage & packaging).
If nothing to the contrary is stated on the order, we reserve the right to make either complete or partial deliveries.
In the event of unjustified refusal to accept the goods delivered by us, we shall charge the costs incurred by us. Our right to fulfill the sales contract remains unaffected.
Exchange or return of sound, image and information carriers is not possible for copyright reasons. For exceptions see under "Complaints".
We cannot guarantee that certain products will fulfil the purpose you have requested. Similarly, some products require special hardware and software configurations. In case of doubt, please ask before ordering.
Exchange is only possible in case of wrong deliveries or manufacturing defects. When returning goods, a copy of the delivery note or the invoice must be enclosed, otherwise it will not be possible to process them.
In the case of damage in transit, you must lodge a complaint within 48 hours, otherwise the right to a free replacement expires. Exchange due to displeasure is excluded.
For the delivered goods, liability is limited to replacement. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the remuneration are excluded, provided that replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable period of time.
Objections due to defects in the goods can only be made within 8 days. If the inspection of the defective goods shows that the defects are due to the buyer's culpable conduct (e.g. damage caused by improper handling), the buyer shall bear the costs of the replacement delivery.
Our offer is non-binding. We must reserve the right of delivery, errors and prior sale.
The delivered goods remain the property of Wemeo GmbH until the invoice has been paid in full.
Our business activity is based exclusively on Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Einsiedeln.
